Job summary

Ability Options is seeking experienced Support Workers to join the Accommodation team at Bolwarra, NSW. This permanent part-time role supports participants with daily living, transport to events and administrative tasks, with training and career development opportunities.

Base site Bolwarra, NSW; remuneration is $36.22 per hour plus Superannuation, salary packaging and penalty rates. A current driver licence, First Aid certification, and a Certificate 3 in Individual Support are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to provide personal care in a residential setting.

• Strong communication and flexibility in alternative communication methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living and personal care.
• Transport participants to events and appointments.
• Complete progress notes, charts and incidental reports.
• Provide support with recreational activities and program participation.
