Job summary

Prospect Hill is seeking casual Disability Support Workers and experienced AINs to support participants living in SIL homes and the community across Bohle Plains, Kirwan, Mount Low and Oonoonba.

You will provide disability support in SIL and community settings, including personal care, community access, independence support and maintaining a safe home. Day, night, sleepover and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Minimum 12 months experience in disability support (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide disability support in SIL and community settings, including personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with community access, appointments and social support.
• Support independence and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Provide emotional support and positive behaviour encouragement.
