Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Esperance on a casual basis. You will provide a mix of community access and in-home lifestyle supports, with a minimum commitment of 14 hours per fortnight, and daytime shifts to help clients achieve goals and build independence in their local community.

The ideal candidate lives locally, has experience supporting people with disabilities, and holds a current First Aid and CPR certificate.

About the Role

Joining our team in Esperance as a Disability Support Worker on a casual basis you will provide a combination of Community Access and in-home lifestyle supports.

With a minimum commitment of 14 hours per fortnight, this role offers consistent daytime shifts supporting people to achieve their individual goals, build independence and participate activities that are meaningful to them.

The successful candidate will be local to Esperance in order to be able to pick-up last-minute casual shifts and have previous experience supporting people with Disability.
