Life Without Barriers is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to join our Esperance team. You will provide a blend of community access and in-home lifestyle supports, with daytime shifts and a minimum 14 hours per fortnight to help clients achieve goals and maintain independence.

Applicants should be locally based in Esperance, comfortable with last-minute shifts, and hold current First Aid and CPR. Probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS clearance will

• Experience working with people with disability.
• Passionate about providing active support.
• Able to commit to a last minute casual shifts.
• Confidence with manual handling and personal care.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
