Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and part-time Support Workers in Bundaberg and surrounding suburbs. You will help people live independently, assist with daily tasks, meals, and mobility, and support community participation.

Training is provided and flexible rosters are created to fit your availability. No prior experience is required for some roles; commitment to compassionate care and great customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and delivering great customer service.
• Commitment to teamwork and delivering positive outcomes.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance provided to obtain).
• Driver's license and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently and participate in activities.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Help people get out into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support as needed.
• Assist with mobility, including hoists where required.

We're looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Bundaberg and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you've done this before or you're new and passionate about helping others - we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same - you'll be supporting people to live independently and do the people that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the communityli>
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
