Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life Bribie Island North QLD is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to join our team in Caboolture and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently and do the things that matter to them.

No two days are the same: you’ll assist with meals, cleaning, community activities, appointments, medication support and mobility, while working as part of a compassionate, person-centred team. Early shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great service.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication.
• Ability to work in a team to achieve outcomes.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance available).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support independence and participation in daily activities.
• Assist with mobility and use of hoists where required.
• Provide medication support.
• Attend appointments or social activities with clients.

• Medication support
