Job summary

CPL is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers for North Lakes and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently, assist with meals, daily tasks, community activities and mobility support. No two days are the same, and you’ll join a friendly, person-centred team.

We offer award conditions with hourly rates reflecting experience, paid training, and pathways for career growth. Shifts vary across mornings and other times to suit availability, with up to AUD 47 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Driver’s licence or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

  • Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
  • Support someone to stay independent and engage with the community.
  • Attend appointments or social activities with clients.
  • Provide medication support as needed.
  • Assist with mobility, including hoists when required.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in North Lakes and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

  • Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
  • Supporting someone to get out into the community
  • Attending appointments or social activities
  • Medication support
  • Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
