Job summary

Zenn Ability is seeking Disability Support Workers to assist participants in Lithgow, Katoomba and the Blue Mountains. The role involves high-quality, person-centred support in homes and community settings, with a focus on participants with behaviours of concern.

Applicants should have at least 3 months experience, a valid NSW driver's licence, reliable transport, and current First Aid/CPR. Join a team committed to respect, empowerment and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or community support.
• Minimum 3 months’ experience supporting people with behaviours of concern.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• First Aid & CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to participants in homes and community.
• Support participants with behaviours of concern.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support participants to achieve individual goals.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants.
