Scope is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist participants across Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale Day Program. You will provide person-centred support, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support, with accurate reporting within team guidelines.

Mittagong and Bowral are home to two Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, supporting people with complex psychosocial and physical disabilities.
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical support needs, including personal care, mealtime support, and specialised equipment. The role suits confident and compassionate individuals committed to promoting independence and positive outcomes for both male and female participants, including those who may present with behaviours of concern.
In addition to the SIL homes, support may also be required at our Moss Vale Day Program, which operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The Day Program focuses on skill development, community participation, social engagement, and helping participants achieve their individual goals.
Please note: To meet the needs of our participants, successful applicants must be willing and able to work across all three services, including our SIL homes in Mittagong and Bowral, and our Moss Vale Day Program.
While there are a number of compliance requirements for this role, we're primarily looking for people with reliable transport, a NSW P2 Driver Licence or higher, and the flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster that may include mornings, afternoons, split shifts, and sleepovers.
