Scope is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide therapy services, supporting people with disability to live as equal, empowered citizens. You will deliver goal-directed therapy across the lifespan and collaborate with families and carers to enhance wellbeing and participation.

The role requires strong communication, a commitment to human-centered practice, and experience in disability services. Applicants should demonstrate teamwork and alignment with Scope’s inclusive mission.

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle.
• You are a current practicing member with AHPRA or a peak professional body.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children’s Check (Employee)
• Valid Australian working rights and an international Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than 1 year within the last 10 years.

About the role

• Provide therapy service to clients on a needs bases whilst building on their strengths and developing suitable long-term solutions

• Support clients across a variety of clinical settings to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals
• Provide informative and current information to clients around valuable services to maximize their ability to make informed choices

About you

• You are an experienced clinician and have relevant experience in disability services
• You are committed to human‑centred approaches, strength‑based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation
• You have excellent communication skills and are a team player
