Job summary

Kirinari is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to empower participants through person-centred, trauma-informed supports that help people live the life they choose.

Using a strengths-based approach, you will assist participants to build independence, participate in community activities, and achieve personal goals, with flexible rosters and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Essential requirements include current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Reliable and insured vehicle.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check.
• Australian working rights.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.
