Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in Queensland seeks experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and supporting independence. You will deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports to help participants achieve goals.

Using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches you will support daily living skills, promote choice and self-determination, enable community participation, maintain progress notes, and contribute to a supportive therapeutic

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Reliable and insured vehicle.
• Working with Children\'s Check - Blue Card.
• Australian working rights.
