Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services is hiring experienced Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports for people with disability in our community. You will focus on building independence, community participation, and meaningful outcomes through a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check (WWCC).
• Ability to build genuine, respectful relationships and practice person-centred supports.

Responsibilities
