Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd. seeks experienced Disability Support Workers to help participants achieve goals within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework.

You will build meaningful relationships, support independence, and promote choice and dignity, delivering person-centred supports across daily living tasks, community participation, and documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required.
• First Aid and CPR qualifications must be current.
• Driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check and Australian working rights are necessary.
