Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers in NSW to provide person-centred, therapeutic supports that empower participants to live the life they choose.

You will work within a strengths-based, trauma-informed model focusing on independence, skill development and meaningful community participation, with flexible rosters to support work-life balance.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
