Location Adamstown with a 24/7 roster including sleep-over shifts; permanent part-time roles available. We offer salary packaging up to $611/fortnight, flexible options, career development, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and sleepovers.

What we’re looking for

• You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
• Flexible availability across 7 days

About you

• Certificate III Individual Support is desirable
• Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
• Show initiative & think outside the box
• Empower participants you support- 'Do With' not 'Do For'
• Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check,First Aid and have a valid driver’s licence.
• Limited Part-time & Casual opportunities available
• Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
