This role is ideal for someone experienced, calm under pressure and committed to providing safe, person-centred supports.About the RoleYou will provide support to participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs, supporting their safety, dignity and quality of life. Supports may take place in the home and community and require strong boundaries, emotional awareness and teamwork.Your responsibilities will include:Providing respectful personal care and daily living supportBuilding trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate supportAccurate documentation and communication with the wider support teamShifts & RosteringBuddy shifts provided to start (if required) for a safe and supported onboardingWeekends, evenings and overnight shifts availableRotating roster, flexible shifts availableAbout YouYou bring a caring and compassionate approach to supporting people with disability and are reliable, dependable and committed to consistently showing up for participants.
