Job summary

Wellways is seeking passionate Support Workers in Bairnsdale to join our team. You will support individuals to achieve personal goals under their NDIS plans, delivering daily living assistance, transport, and community participation as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This casual role requires a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across East Gippsland. We value empathy, reliability, and a proactive approach in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to achieve personal goals under NDIs plans.
• Deliver a wide range of services including daily living, transport, and community participation.
• Assist with building everyday life skills and access to education, work or health services.
• Travel between locations across East Gippsland to deliver services; valid licence required.
• Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team and adhere to safety protocols.

These services include assistance with daily living, transport, community and social participation, and building everyday life skills. Your days may involve outdoor activities, personal care, or helping someone access education, work, or health services.The role involves driving to various locations across East Gippsland to deliver support services, so a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
