Kirinari is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to empower participants to live the life they choose. You will use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to build independence, support daily living skills and promote meaningful community participation.

You will foster respectful, relationship-based supports, document progress, and help participants achieve personal goals while balancing empathy with professional boundaries. Applications close soon.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

About the Role

Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
