Job summary

Kirinari is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to empower participants to lead meaningful lives through person-centred, therapeutic supports in Queensland. You will build relationships, promote independence and support goals within a trauma-informed, strengths-based model.

Role focuses on daily living skills, community participation and accurate progress documentation, with flexible rosters and ongoing professional development opportunities.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.
