Job summary

KD Community is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Northern Gold Coast area. You will support participants to live more independently, with a focus on dignity, safety and choice.

Responsibilities include personal care and hygiene, community access, life skills development, meal prep, shopping, and accompanying participants to appointments. You will work in a great team and have opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or care settings.
• Blue Card working with children check required.
• Current first aid/CPR certification required.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transport and car insurance.
• Full availability to work across shifts.
