Job summary

Australian Lifestyle Support Solutions in Hervey Bay is opening a brand new High Care SIL Home and is recruiting experienced Disability Support Workers to join our caring team. You will provide high-intensity supports, personal care and medication assistance to participants in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card.
• Driver’s license and a fully insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-intensity disability support and personal care.
• Support participants with daily living tasks and medication management.
• Assist with behaviour support and seizure management.
• Participate in sleepover and awake shifts as required.
• Maintain safety and dignity of participants.
