Job summary

Medicross Australia on the Gold Coast is recruiting Community Support Workers including AINs and Disability support workers to expand our team serving Northern and Central Gold Coast clients. You will provide domestic assistance and community access support, working independently and as part of a supportive team to help clients live more independently.

Ideal candidates will have First Aid and CPR, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone with internet access; Certificate 3

As part of our growth and supporting our Medicross and Elite Med GP’s and their patients, Medicross Australia is looking to recruit additional Community Support Workers including AIN’s and Disability support workers.

The right candidates will have a passion for caring for people and a positive approach to all situations.

Successful applicants will be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for their clients and colleagues. Duties will include domestic assistance (cleaning) and community access support.

Support will be provided to participants located in Northern and Central Gold Coast.

To be successful, applicants are required to have:

First Aid and CPR

Drivers Licence

Reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Smart phone with internet access

Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability/Individual Support highly regarded
