Job summary

You Me and the Community on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to help clients live independently and with dignity. You will provide compassionate in-home support, assist with personal care, meal prep, and everyday tasks while following each client's NDIS plan.

Join a team that values person-centered care, ensures safety, and encourages community participation through outings and social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing disability support or home care is preferred.
• Knowledge of NDIS plan guidelines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support meal preparation and domestic tasks.
• Promote community participation and group activities.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Respect client preferences and maintain safety.
