Job summary

Our Shining Stars in Brisbane is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide personalised disability support, helping individuals live as independently as possible. You will perform personal care, assist with daily tasks, and support community participation.

This role requires flexibility for weekends/overnights, a valid driver's licence, and current First Aid/CPR. Successful candidates will follow care plans, document progress, and work closely with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid and CPR certificate (current)
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights if required
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or similar
• Previous experience in disability support
