Job summary

Able Mentor Services is hiring casual Disability Support Workers and a Senior Support Worker for roles across SIL homes and in-home/community supports in Brisbane's southside. Shifts vary, including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers, with SCHADS rates plus penalties.

Candidate availability is essential for consistent shifts with the same participants. Requirements include 12+ months hands-on disability support experience, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• 12+ months hands-on disability support experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Driver's license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Work across Supported Independent Living homes and one-to-one in-home/community supports.
• Cover varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Provide compassionate, client-centered disability support.
• Ensure safety and well-being of participants in all settings.
