Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Orientation completed.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) current.
• Blue Card (Working With Children) held.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Working With Children Check current.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in centre-based STA, in the community and social programs.
• Assist with personal care, independent living and recreation activities.
• Engage participants with dignity and respect to enable choice.
• Deliver flexible support across 7 days, 6 AM–10 PM, including sleepovers.

We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our amazing team, working across our Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Social & Community Day Programs, and out-and-about in Community Access supports.

About the Role

This casual position offers up to 38 hours per week with a variety of shift options to suit your lifestyle and commitments. You’ll support participants in centre-based STA, out in the community, and during engaging social group programs.

You’ll assist with personal care, independent living, and recreational activities, helping individuals live the life they choose, with confidence and dignity.

Shifts Available: Mornings | Afternoons | Evenings | Sleepovers | Weekends (Penalty Rates Apply)
