Multicap in Bli Bli, Queensland, is seeking compassionate disability supports workers to help customers live independently and reach their full potential. You will work in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and deliver Community Access Support (CAS) as part of a dedicated team.
Roles include a variety of shifts—morning, afternoon, evening, weekends and sleepovers—across part-time, permanent, and casual arrangements.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies that empower customers to overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.
