Job summary

The Co-Group Limited is hiring experienced Disability Support Workers across the Sunshine Coast, including Glasshouse Mountains, Caloundra, Landsborough, Coolum, Aroona and Caboolture. You will support participants in Supported Independent Living homes with personalized care and community access in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment.

Roles cover children, youth and adults with complex needs, mental health challenges and significant medical support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in disability, complex care, mental health, nursing, youth work or related field.
• Current Blue Card was supplied and current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• NDIS quality and safety training completed or willing to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred support in SIL homes and in the community.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines, meals and medication as required.
• Maintain shift notes and incident reports to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Work with participants across multiple shifts and locations on the Sunshine Coast.
