Job summary

Chosen Family on the Gold Coast is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Helensvale and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred support to participants with diverse needs, including those with complex disabilities, ensuring safety, dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support promoting choice, dignity and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support attendance at appointments and community activities, including driving where authorised.
• Maintain accurate notes, shift records and reports as required.
