This role requires empathy, meticulous documentation and the ability to follow detailed plans. You’ll receive thorough onboarding, paid buddy shifts and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to develop complex-support

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Current Driver Licence.
• First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Australian working rights.
• Availability across a 24/7 roster.
• Experience supporting complex or changing needs.
• Ability to follow detailed routines and support plans consistently.
• Strong observation, documentation and incident-reporting skills.
• Willingness to complete all customer-specific training.
• Commitment to privacy, dignity, professional boundaries and safe practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established routines and independence.
• Participate in meaningful home and community activities.
• Receive appropriate health and wellbeing support.
• Maintain important family and community connections.
• Exercise choice, dignity and control.
• Feel safe and supported during periods of heightened need.
• Follow the Behaviour Support Plan and approved regulated restrictive-practice procedures.
• Record all fluid intake accurately and consistently.
• Recognise and report changes in behaviour, sleep, health or wellbeing.
• Complete detailed progress notes, incident reports and required data.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Refer family concerns through the appropriate leadership channels.
