Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent experience).
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
• Australian Driver's Licence, car and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual support and direct care for people with disability.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, progress notes and shift handovers.
• Assist with domestic tasks and personal care.
