Job summary

Sunnyfield invites a Home and Lifestyle Lead to guide day-to-day operations and frontline service delivery in Toongabbie. You will support the Operations Manager to lead a team, ensure high-quality, client-centered supports, and build strong relationships with families and stakeholders.

You will drive planning, intake and reporting processes, uphold safety and compliance, and foster a compassionate, values-driven culture across your cluster.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in disability services.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues to deliver quality services.
• Experience coordinating daily operations for a team.
• Ability to prepare plans and documentation focused on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and support to clients within your cluster.
• Build relationships with clients, their supports, and team to support planning and outcomes.
• Support rostering, intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
• Uphold safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
