Job summary

Trilogy Disability Foundation is seeking a Client Services Manager who combines strong operational capability with genuine care for people. You will lead disability services and OOHC, oversee service delivery, safeguarding, quality and compliance, and drive participant outcomes.

You will mentor Team Leaders and frontline staff, manage workforce planning and recruitment, and build partnerships with families, carers and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' leadership experience within disability, community or human services.
• Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or related.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and Code of Conduct.
• Experience in OOHC, child safety and safeguarding is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability services.
• Provide direction and support to Team Leaders and operations teams.
• Drive participant outcomes and service quality, with continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Monitor OOHC and child safety compliance.
• Lead quality, risk, incidents and complaints processes.
• Develop workforce capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Build relationships with participants, families and external stakeholders.
• Monitor funding, service utilisation and resource allocation.
