Job summary

Inclusion NT in Darwin seeks an experienced project manager to lead and develop teams across a range of fee-for-service projects. The role supports community inclusion for people with intellectual disability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with intellectual disability and their families.
• Dedicated leadership and empowerment of teams to deliver outcomes.
• Ability to design and implement projects from planning to completion.
• Knowledge of disability sector incl. NDIS impacts.
• Understanding legislation affecting people with intellectual disability.
• Strong communication and handling of sensitive inquiries.
• Training and group facilitation experience.
