The Department of Training and Workforce Development in Western Australia seeks a Director Training Sector Services to lead service delivery for TAFE colleges, the Department, and the training sector. You will guide the division's direction, performance, and resource management while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

You will develop staff, drive change, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to meet government priorities and sector needs.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex service delivery functions.
• Ability to lead and develop people, manage change and deliver results.
• Strong focus on improving services and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to build effective relationships across boundaries.
• Sound judgement and clear advice on operational matters.
• Understanding of vocational education and training environment or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of services that support TAFE colleges, the Department and WA's training sector.
• Contribute to division direction, priorities and performance.
• Advise on branch responsibilities and manage resources.
• Lead staff development, change management and a culture of collaboration.
• Respond to sector needs and government priorities with sound judgement.
