Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, system-wide reform and transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering high level strategic advice and executive support.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and insights to senior leaders, project sponsors and steering groups.
• Translate strategy into operational goals and drive delivery across the branch.
• Lead governance, change readiness, risk assessment and stakeholder impact analyses.
• Foster alignment between change initiatives and organisational values and priorities.
• Coordinate with Schools Group and Education Business Services to improve service planning and delivery.
