Job summary

C&K Association is relocating a Director/Teacher to Gladstone, QLD. You will lead a safe, engaging learning space for children and families, while aligning with the organisation's child safety policies and community focus.

Role starts November 2026, fixed-term full-time until end of 2027, with a competitive hourly wage and additional allowances. Qualifications include relevant early childhood degree and required certifications, plus Blue Card and police checks.

Qualifications

• ACE CQA approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• National Child Safety Training - Foundation Certificate.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.
• Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
