SA Health is seeking a Director, System Access and Capacity to lead system and process changes across South Australia’s hospital network, improving access to emergency care and reducing delays. You will co-design, implement and monitor interventions across multiple workstreams, working with the Health Chief Executives Council and reform groups to achieve strategic goals.

The role oversees the DHW Unplanned Care and System Access and Capacity Teams, and builds relationships across SA Health,

Responsabilidades

• Drive system, procedural and cultural change to improve access to care across SA Health’s hospital network.
• Co-design, develop and lead the implementation of interventions across multiple workstreams to meet strategic goals.
• Engage across SA Health to operationalise outputs of the program and oversee related teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with DHW, Local Health Networks, SA Ambulance and other health agencies to deliver outcomes.
