Job summary

The University of New South Wales (UNSW) invites applications for a senior portfolio leader within the PVCSS to drive student success initiatives from concept to operation, including scoping, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

You will establish partnerships with external health, wellbeing and sport organisations, oversee large university-wide events, and lead a team of student volunteers and ambassadors, with flexible working options and competitive superannuation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, developing and implementing student engagement programs.
• Proven ability to establish and manage strategic external partnerships.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Experience managing projects, resources and policy communication.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and end-to-end delivery of student success initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships with external health, wellbeing and sport organisations.
• Lead the planning and delivery of a university-wide events calendar and budgets.
• Manage student volunteers and ambassadors with recruitment, onboarding and performance frameworks.
