The University of Melbourne is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee field education across the accredited Master of Social Work program. You will design transformative placement experiences, collaborate with students, educators and community partners, and drive a research program advancing professional practice education.

You will lead the field education team, shape curriculum aligned with accreditation, and build sector partnerships to elevate social work education nationally.

Qualifications

• Provide strategic leadership for field education in the Master of Social Work program.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve contemporary field education curriculum and subjects aligned with accreditation requirements.
• Oversee diverse, high-quality student placements, ensuring supervision, learning outcomes and risk management.
