Judo Bank Pty is leading a new era of SME banking in Australia. We are seeking a Director Relationships who will drive SME growth through a relationship‑driven approach, opening doors and pursuing momentum with new business opportunities and broker networks.

You will focus on market origination, support your team in structuring tailored lending solutions, and become a trusted adviser to business owners across diverse industries.

As Director Relationships, you'll drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum with identifying and pursuing new business.

Focus your time on market origination and supporting your team in structuring and closing complex deals.

Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields
