Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Operations branch to deliver high performance, staff engagement and PS values alignment.
• Oversee administration of the VEU program: accreditation, certificate registration and surrender, compliance, engagement, audit and enforcement.
• Strengthen and embed risk-based approaches across these functions.
• Drive operational improvements to boost efficiency, timeliness and effectiveness of regulatory processes.
• Manage operational risks, resources and competing priorities while supporting reforms.
• Provide strategic advice to the Executive Director and maintain relations with government, industry and stakeholders.
