Orange City Council is seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to join our Infrastructure Directorate as Manager Project Management Office. Reporting to the Director Infrastructure, you will lead the PMO and provide oversight of governance, portfolio planning and delivery across a diverse capital works program.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, strengthen organisational project capability, and establish best-practice frameworks to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex project portfolios, capital works programs or PMOs.
• Proven track record building high-performing project teams.
• Strong knowledge of governance, contract administration, delivery methodologies and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead Council's Project Management Office and team of Project Managers.
• Provide strategic oversight of project governance, portfolio planning and delivery across capital works.
• Strengthen organisational project capability and establish best-practice frameworks.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to high quality.
• Influence prioritisation, governance and delivery of major infrastructure initiatives.
