Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partner to partner with NSW & ACT leaders across a diverse portfolio within property and facilities management.

You will provide expert guidance on People & Culture matters, support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and policy advisory, and lead high-performing teams with pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior People & Culture Partner experience in a complex portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
• Ability to analyse complex situations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NSW/ACT leaders to provide practical HR support and advice.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, engagement and people-related matters.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding across the portfolio.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across NSW and ACT.
• Manage transitions of employees including Transfers of Business.
