Job summary

Knight Frank Australia seeks a Director, People & Culture Business Partner to guide senior leaders in NSW/ACT, supporting a diverse Property and Facilities Management portfolio.

You will advise on employment legislation, performance, engagement and workforce planning, delivering practical, commercially-focused HR solutions while fostering high-performing teams across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Business, Psychology, Employment/IndustrialRelations or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior People & Culture Business Partner position.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Ability to analyse complex situations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical, commercially-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sydney to provide practical, day-to-day HR support and advice.
• Act as the first point of contact for managers and coach on employee relations, performance management, engagement and people-related matters.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding across your portfolio.
• Provide clear and commercially-focused advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across New South Wales and ACT.
• Manage transitions of employees from other organisations including Transfers of Business.
