Job summary

Lumotive seeks a Director of Reliability Engineering to own reliability end-to-end for the LCM platform, from failure mechanisms to customer sign-off. You will set qualification strategy, translate customer mission profiles into stress tests, and drive lifetime requirements across device, module, and system levels.

• Required deep hands-on foundation in accelerated stress tests and lifetime modeling.
• Proven track record leading a reliability function or major qualification program.
• Experience translating customer mission profiles into qualification plans.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability pipeline end-to-end from failure mechanisms to customer sign-off.
• Define screening strategies, burn-in, and production screening for early failures.
• Lead reliability reviews with design, process, and packaging teams.
• Present reliability data to customers and quality teams; mentor the team.
