Job summary

WorkSafe ACT is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to fill the temporary position of Director, Systems and Capability within the agency.

The role leads a small, high-performing team, overseeing Salesforce administration, system enhancement, capability development and continuous improvement, and provides strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen organisational capability and system performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering and improving business systems, especially Salesforce.
• Strong strategic advisory skills for senior leadership.
