Job summary

• Experience in leadership roles within secondary education.
• Registration or Working with Children checks as required by regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate student wellbeing programs and policies to maximise student health, wellbeing, learning and engagement across the College.
• Lead and implement the whole-school SEL program and weekly pastoral lessons.
• Collaborate with the Pastoral Executive to promote personal development of each student.
• Lead whole-school staff professional learning related to Wellbeing and Social-Emotional Learning.
