Job summary

Temple Christian College - Paralowie invites applications for a full-time leadership role overseeing Diverse Learning and inclusive education across the Paralowie Campus. The position includes strategic leadership for Learning Strategies, and supporting teachers and Education Support Officers to design differentiated programs.

The successful candidate will contribute to student wellbeing, foster Christian ethos, and collaborate across the community while modelling high teaching and leadership

Qualifications

• Hold a current South Australian Teachers Registration.
• Have a strong commitment to Christian education and a determination to serve God in a Christian school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Learning Strategies and Programs that support students with additional learning and support needs.
• Lead and support key teachers and Education Support Officers in designing and delivering differentiated and adapted educational programs for students with diverse learning profiles.
• Contribute to the holistic development and wellbeing of all students, and actively support the College in fulfilling its Mission.
• Foster the College’s ethos and values, promote continuous improvement, contribute to policy development, and build collaborative learning environments across the community.
• Be part of a dedicated and supportive Christian workplace.
